These terms describe what the platform does, what it does not do, and what we expect from the people and organizations who use it.

What this platform is

  • Tender Loving Care of Hawaii provides operational and administrative technology and coordination services.
  • The platform does not independently determine medical necessity, clinical suitability, scope of practice, licensing status, or legal eligibility.
  • The platform is not an emergency medical service. In a medical emergency, call 911.

No guarantee of outcome

  • We do not guarantee that a staffing request will be filled, that a worker will receive assignments, or that a specific care option will be available.
  • Creating a worker profile does not create an employment relationship or guarantee work.
  • The nature of any working relationship is defined by the written agreement that applies to it.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.
  • You may access only the data your role authorizes. Attempting to access other organizations', workers' or patients' information is prohibited.
  • We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Information you submit

  • Do not submit health information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Anonymous submissions containing patient health information are not accepted.
  • Submitting false credential, verification or identity information is prohibited.

Care decisions

  • Care options are presented for consideration. The patient or their authorized decision-maker makes the final choice.
  • Nothing on this site or in the platform is medical advice.

Regulated capabilities

  • Individual business capabilities are independently controlled and are made available only where the applicable requirements for that activity have been confirmed.
  • Availability of a capability through the software does not represent any legal or regulatory approval.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are provided as a starting point for the business and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
