Credential Passport™
Every worker carries a structured record of their credentials: type, issuing authority, issue and expiration dates, who verified it, how, and when. A credential is never marked verified simply because a document was uploaded.

Expiration alerts
- 60 days out — credential approaching expiration.
- 30 days out — credential requires attention.
- 7 days out — urgent credential alert.
- Expired — the worker becomes ineligible for shifts requiring that credential, and remains eligible for work that does not.
Verified Match™
Matching is deterministic, not a guess. A shift's requirements pass through a fixed sequence of gates. Only workers who clear every gate reach the ranking stage and are shown to the facility.

Required credentials must be verified and unexpired.

Required documentation must be on file and current.
Availability gate
The worker must be available for the requested window.
Facility requirement gate
Facility-specific conditions must be satisfied.

The assignment must fall within the configured range.

Shift lifecycle
Draft → Posted → Matching → Offered → Accepted → Facility confirmed → In progress → Completed → Reviewed → Billed. Cancellation is recorded at whatever stage it occurs. Every transition is timestamped and auditable.
