Our service response commitment
We do not offer an unconditional staffing guarantee, because workforce availability depends on who is eligible and available at the time of your request. What we do commit to is a defined response: for qualifying requests, Tender Loving Care will acknowledge the request and initiate the staffing workflow within the service window agreed in your contract. That window is set with you once your volume and role mix are known.
